INITIAL safety management system course – sms for small FSTD OPERATORS
Cognitive Aviation Training is organizing an Initial SMS course for small FSTD Operators, to be held in Catania, January 16th-20th 2023, towards ITAER A. Ferrarin premises.
Our target in aviation training is a structural improvement of flight safety by putting people and their cognitive processes at the very center of our research and training services. Our SMS initial course is dedicated to innovation and competences development of Teachers and Aviation Professionals.
aviation safety issues are neither inherent to, nor a natural condition of, aviation operations but a by-product of the need for, and engagement in, activities related to production or delivery of services. This reinforces the need for safety management as a core business function that ensures an analysis of an organization’s resources and goals and allows for a balanced and realistic allocation of resources between protection and production goals, which supports the overall service delivery needs of the organization (ICAO SMM Manual Ed. 3 – 2013)
