ALX 500 FLIGHT SIMULATORS
Cognitive Aviation Training – ATO IT.0087 trains its students on two Alsim ALX 500 FSTD, EASA Qualified as FNPT II-MCC, n° IT.077A - IT.079A-B-C.
They are located in Catania and Ragusa, our bases.
These professional flight simulators allow the proper development of Cognitive competency courses as well as the recurrent training of professional pilots and Instructors. They are available for wet and dry lease.

Alsim ALX is a full EFIS/glass cockpit. It is configured as a multi model infrastructure, ranging from SEP (Like Piper PA28) to complex jet (Airbus A320). The flight deck configuration is similar to the Airbus A320 one, including the overhead panel and power quadrant. ALX has an advanced 210° Visual system and a functional Instructor Operation Station that enables environment, planning and failures configuration.
ALX is the perfect device for Airline oriented courses delivery, due to its features. Our models are also equipped with the UPRT function. Upset Recovery Training (UPRT) has been at the very center of aviation training in the last few years and will be a compulsory part of EASA training from april 2018. This feature enable our school to properly prepare the students in one of the most delicate training spot of the flight profile.
